I'm ashamed to join the ranks of people who say their childhoods have been raped. But mine hasn't just been raped. Oh it failed completely in getting any sort of counselling for said event, and went from care home to care home being regularly abused by surrogate parents. Now my childhood is a fat 40 year old man who works as a boy scout leader who wears a fox tail and ears on his day off, and takes his favourite students out into the woods alone for 'special lessons'.
